Very unfriendly staff. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any employee having pity to ask me what I would like. Instead, everyone has done work that could be done when the customers are served. Here the customer is actually in the very last place. With this miserable customer orientation, one could at least assume that the mess is clean. But it is not. And the Corona rules are not adhered to either. You don't get good food here. At most Corona or the forces. But at least an upset stomach.

In itself good meat, but the kebab is ALWAYS cold. It doesn't matter whether you want to eat it straight away or take it away. Always cold!

Super nice, huge portions. A plate of warm dishes (also veggi) with flat bread and side salad for 5 €.

"Dear people, pay attention!" Today I had the worst kebab I've ever eaten! Disgustingly simple, I threw more than half away! The meat had a strange smell, no taste .. more meat than salad .. greasy and oily the whole thing .. The bread is not crispy .. jz have a stomach ache and I feel bad! So unfriendly the staff there .. the cleaning lady insulted me in her language because I wanted to wash my hands ??? Once and never again????

Been there to eat today. No hello, please, enjoy your meal or thanks for paying. The two employees behind the counter are simply wrong in their job. Very listless. I don't expect you to play the clown there, but I expect a friendly approach from restaurateurs.

Everything here is delicious and always freshly prepared. Sometimes things are a bit hectic, but if the place is well staffed and the walk-in customers queue up, then that's the way it is. However, this is always a good sign and also signals to me that it tastes as good to others here as we do. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The prices here are more than justified. Some people who don't have any money get something from the boss here, which I had often observed with goodwill. Hot food at any time, 365 days a year, is probably a top performance in Cologne, both in terms of service and organization. We would like to say "THANK YOU" for. I loved the food, i could keep on going there and never get sick of it! The service was amazing, only a few people knew english but that was fine! We made friends with the owner, and he was really nice! An amazing restaurant to eat at with family and friends! I cant wait to go back!

In my opinion, worth a visit. In a nutshell: The food tastes good, the service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is pleasant and inviting. I can recommend the conventional doner bag, as well as the daily specials.

Have not been living in Köln for 15 years and wanted a Döner as part of the memory tour. Boy, I was in for a treat! Quite likely the best I have ever had, including the glorious mess. No beer to be found in the fridge, though.

This places fair prices for a medium quality. I would not recommend the classic dishes they offer but rather recommend their spicy lentil soup and the bakery just next to the shop!!!
